Ingredients:
200g fresh mushrooms (such as button mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, or cremini), sliced or diced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
500ml chicken or vegetable broth
200ml animal-based cream
2 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: thyme or other herbs for flavoring
Instructions:
